Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time Domestically:
- Transit Time: Your package will arrive in 5-20 business days, depending on the shipping method, products, and location. Multiple kits may be shipped in separate boxes. We use both AU domestic and international warehouses based on order details and current supply. Custom and large lighting orders may require additional time.
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed by 2 pm AEST will be processed the same day.
- Handling Time: Domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery Terms:
- Courier Service: We primarily use DHL, FEDEX, TNT for deliveries.
- Address Accuracy: Ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses.
Change of Delivery Address:
- We cannot change the delivery address once the package is in transit. If necessary, contact us within one day of placing your order at info@hexaspacedecor.com.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations are not allowed. Please refer to our refund/exchange policy.
Parcels Damaged In Transit:
- If your parcel is damaged, please reject it and contact customer service. If you receive a damaged parcel, email us with details and photos.
