Hexagon Lighting Installation Guide 

 

Step 1: Assemble the Border (if applicable)

1. Assemble on Floor: Lay out all the border pieces on the floor. If your Hexagon LED lighting system includes a border, start by assembling the straight border pieces. If there is no border, skip to Step 3.

2. Connect Border Pieces: Use the straight and 90-degree elbow connectors to join the tubes together. Ensure each tube is fully inserted into each end of the connector piece. Build the entire border first.

3. T Connector: On the last corner of the border, use a T connector. This will later connect the border to the power supply.

Step 2: Construct the Hexagon Pattern

1. Layout: Lay out the pieces of the Hexagon pattern on the floor. Begin with one corner, forming your first hexagon.

2. Connect Hexagons: Use two-way elbow and three-way connectors to assemble the hexagons. Place the three-way connectors in positions where they will later connect to the next hexagon.

Step 3: Build the Columns

1. Column Construction: Continue building the hexagons in the same column as specified in your instruction manual until you reach the total number of columns.

2. Repeat Process: Construct the next full column of hexagons and repeat the process for each subsequent column.

Step 4: Join Columns

1. Join Columns: Use the remaining tubes to join all columns together horizontally, forming the complete Hexagon pattern.

 

Step 5: Mounting

1. Mount Border: If your Hexagon includes a border, mount it first on the ceiling or wall using the mounting holes in each connector piece.

2. Mount Hexagon: Mount the entire Hexagon pattern in the same manner.

Step 6: Plug In and Play

1. Connect Power: Once the Hexagon is assembled and mounted, plug in the power adapter to a standard outlet.

2. Enjoy Your Lighting: Your HexagonLED lighting system is now ready to use, providing bright and efficient illumination for your space.
